Policies/Cancellations

There is a 2 night minimum with a 3 night minimum for Holidays. There will be an additional $10/night charge for Holidays. Rooms are double occupancy for B & B only . Check-in: 3:00pm and Check-out: 11:00am. There is a 25% deposit required on your stay. No smoking allowed in the cabins. No pets allowed.

If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your reservation date, your deposit will be refunded; less $30+tax for service fee. If you cancel 30 days or less, there will be no refund. You will be responsible to pay for all days reserved regardless of late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather.
