Rates
Our first cottage that we call, "The Cottage" is available to rent now for $89+ tax per night. "The Meadow" is available for $99+ tax per night. Three more cottages will be available in the near future.
Policies for Norfork Lake Bed & Breakfast
Check-in between 3 & 7 pm. Checkout is 11 am. Any other times will need to be prearranged by management.
1) No Pets allowed.
2) There is no smoking inside the cabins. Outside areas are provided. Any evidence of smoking or pets, will result in a $300 cleaning charge.
3) The bed and breakfast is not suitable for children.
4) We are not handicap accessible.
5) Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will be charged for the first night; notice 30 days or more there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
6) There is a minimum 2-night stay. On holiday weekends and special events there is a 3-night minimum stay.
Our policies are intended to be fair to our guests and yet prevent loss of income to our business. Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Reservations
To make a reservation you will be charged for the first night of your stay. The remainder you owe will be due upon your arrival. We take Visa, Master Card, and Debit cards. We will hold your cottage for 10 days if you want to mail a check for the deposit.
